Company Culture

CRI believes that meeting employees’ and clients’ needs is a win-win situation.  Respected, cared-for employees have the focus and ability to deliver outstanding service to their clients.  CRI makes a positive difference for our employees and clients first by respecting their individuality: the employees’ technical skills, their professional development goals, and their families.  Employees are expected to deliver individualized service to their clients, respecting the client’s specific environment, goals and needs. Secondly, we make a positive difference by showing our appreciation of everyone’s contributions to our success.

Every CRI leader is charged with making their employees’ success their number one priority.  As each employee has different needs, leaders coach, provide incentive, instruct or praise to best fit the employee’s situation.  Growing abilities and filling skill gaps ensure that customers receive the most competent service possible.  CRI leaders are given the tools and the training to help every employee achieve his/her potential, and strive for each one to become a trusted advisor to his/her clients.

Making a positive difference also means having fun and enjoying each other’s company.  CRI consciously builds a community of our employees, their families and our clients by creating special events to everyone’s enjoyment.

Examples of just a few of our appreciation efforts include:

·         Appreciation Events – Periodically, CRI hosts our employees and families and clients at places such as the local science museum, the ice-skating rink, or laser tag.  Some employees tell us that their children have forbidden them to ever leave CRI, because they so enjoy the activities and their friendships with other CRI kids!

·         Wellness Program – Combines fun, information and incentives to promote healthy lifestyles in our employees and their family members.  An annual Health Fair, featuring a variety of free screenings, flu shots, healthy cooking demonstrations, and much more anchors the program. The Wellness outreach continues throughout the year with lunch and learns sessions and exercise incentives and awards.

·         Community Involvement – CRI’s employee-led Community Involvement Committee organizes several opportunities throughout the year for CRI employees to give back to our community.  The Committee has organized blood drives, work at a local homeless shelter, and participation in local food, toy, even winter coat donation efforts.
