Professional Development
In a technical field like ours, which is characterized by rapidly changing advances in technology, it is important for employees to develop their skills and knowledge, and keep pace with the changing technological and business environment.
CRI recognizes that education is valuable to the company and to you personally. We regard training as an investment — to be made jointly by CRI and our employees, based on company, individual, and client needs.
Therefore, CRI may offer Associate employees training where it is required or recommended by the client or by the employee’s manager or supervisor. We believe training should be customized for Associates and should tie strictly to specific needs and professional development goals. Your training must be approved and coordinated to occur during times when there is minimal conflict with current assignments.
CRI allows employees to attend seminars and meetings and join professional associations when they are helpful and prior approval is received.
