In May of 2006, CRI Advantage was awarded a "Blanket Purchase Agreement" with the State of Idaho, Division of Purchasing, to perform Programming Services for the benefit of State of Idaho Agencies, institutions, and departments as well as eligible public agencies as defined by Idaho Code 67-2327.

Many Idaho State agencies are utilizing the services of CRI Advantage under this contract including the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, the Idaho Department of Corrections, the Idaho State Insurance Fund, Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI), and the Idaho Transportation Department.   Past State agency clients for CRI include the Idaho State Tax Commission, the Idaho Department of Education, the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the Idaho Pharmacy Board, the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Idaho Division of Veterans Affairs.  

CRI was awarded preferred vendor status to perform data services, progamming services, system support services, and intergration/analysis/design services.  Of the five firms currently on the Master Serivces Agreement, CRI is the only Idaho-based, Idaho-owned company.  CRI has a two year contract ending April 30, 2008, with an option for renewal for three additional years.
