Gary Brookshier, CEO and President - Gary has served as CEO and President of CRI since originally purchasing the company with his wife Judy in 1995. Gary brings nearly three decades of experience developing, leading and growing profitable technology-based companies including substantial management experience in companies such as Power Engineers, Specialty Electrics, and Prairie Power Cooperative. When Gary isn't at CRI, he can usually be found riding his bike in the foothills of Boise or spending time at his family farm in Fairfield, ID. |

Ken Malach, Chief Operating Officer - Ken has been with CRI since 1999. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over twenty years of experience successfully managing complex technical political organizational and cross-functional IT and business computing environments and their related initiatives. Ken is skilled in resource management utilizing multiple technical and non-technical teams across a complex matrix organization. His talents include the ability to be a change agent - delivering innovative solutions using technology to meet core business needs. His communication style is to clearly articulate ideas, actions, and intent to all levels of management, teams and customers/clients within all project and program plans. Ken has a successful history of identifying and delivering appropriate levels of personnel resources while successfully dealing with time and budget constraints.

Tom Moore, Contract Services Manager / Director of Services
As Contract Services Manager / Director of Services, Tom is based in CRI's office in Idaho Falls. He is responsible for overall coordination and leadership of CRI’s operations and engagements at the Idaho National Laboratory and throughout Eastern Idaho. He is directly responsible for resources, contracts, statements of work, reporting requirements, customer relationship and satisfaction, scoping requests, and escalations. Prior to serving as CRI's CSM and Services Director, Tom held several sales and business development executive positions in addition to launching a successful startup staffing and recruiting organization. When not at CRI, Tom enjoys all that the State of Idaho has to offer including snow skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. More often than not he and his family might be found enjoying one of Idaho's gorgeous back country hot springs.

Gabe Halleus, Director of Human Resources has been with CRI Advantage since 1999 where he started in his role as an IT recruiter. Previously, he served as a recruiter with MPC Computers of Boise, and Corporate Planned Staffing in New Jersey. In all, he has over 10 years in the staffing industry focusing on IT. Gabe has helped provide high-level consultants and talented IT professionals to CRI clients for nearly a decade. He is responsible for implementing CRI's first automated Applicant Tracking System. He has sought to mold CRI's recruiting model after Nike and Microsoft, while also training in the latest internet recruiting technologies under AIRS, a leading provider of internet recruiting and training software. When not at CRI, Gabe likes to balance his lifestyle enjoying the recreation that Boise has to provide, including mountain biking, trail running, snowboarding, and ice hockey.
