People CRI Advantage is not a normal technology consulting and staffing company.  The difference is rooted in our core company values and the core values of the people who work for us.  Our CEO, Gary Brookshier, sums it up best by saying, "CRI is a company in pursuit of values that help our clients and our company make a positive difference in people's lives." Our primary goal is to value each and every employee.  In turn, our employees focus on and develop values that are beneficial to themselves, to customers, and to the company.  Several years ago, CRI employees created a list of behaviors and characteristics they believe all CRI consultants should strive for.  This "List of 23" represents a goal for all CRI internal and external staff to endeavor to achieve.
